All room reservations at Maira Resort & Convention Centre are confirmed only after availability verification and confirmation from our reservation team through phone or WhatsApp.
Guests are advised to carefully review their booking details before confirming the reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact our reservation team as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date may be eligible for modification or rescheduling depending on availability.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
- No-show bookings (guest does not arrive on check-in date) may be treated as non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and booking conditions.
- If a booking qualifies for a refund, the amount will be processed through the original payment method or as mutually agreed with the guest.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

5. Third-Party Bookings
